Dr. Anissa Delfonso received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Wheeling University in 2022. She then began working with a pelvic health focus in treating pelvic-related conditions such as pregnancy related dysfunction/pain, incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation/bowel dysfunction and more. Dr. Anissa has a strong belief that pelvic related dysfunction is multifactorial and can be treated with a holistic approach. Dr. Anissa’s passion is to create specialized treatment of manual therapies and movement for each person to regain confidence and control again! She takes pride in practicing physical therapy with compassion, kindness, and optimism. Dr. Anissa prioritizes creating a safe space for those to feel comfortable to discuss concerns, questions, fears, challenges, and victories to restore you!
Dr. Anissa enjoys spending free time with her family, furry companions, and friends and plans to have a family of her own one day. She also enjoys cooking and testing out new recipes, and whole body movement through weight lifting and Pilates.
