Dr. Jennifer Estes is a Pelvic Health Specialist and Owner/Founder of Pelvic Foundations with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After being a professional ballerina, she attended Osteopathic Medical School and realized the value of a team-based approach for individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction. Her training in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy and rotations in urogynecology, obstetrics, and gastroenterology emphasized this need. As a result, she chose to pursue physical therapy and specialize in pelvic health.
She has completed all three levels of pelvic health training and pessary management offered by the Section on Women's Health - American Physical Therapy Association. She continues her education through the Global Pelvic Health Alliance, Pelvic PT Rising, and various pelvic health conferences to stay updated on advancements. She also attends the Endosummit annually to collaborate with professionals and patients dealing with endometriosis and adenomyosis.
Utilizing past experiences, she combines a holistic approach with a passion for listening and empowering patients to optimize their quality of life through the intricacies of their dysfunction while aiding in their journey through manual based therapies and maximizing gains through individualized education and lifelong core exercises.
Away from the clinic, Dr. Jennifer enjoys time with her family and friends while leading a life filled with dance, music, passion, and laughter.
