Dr. Logan Nester is a Berks County native that received her Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Arcadia University in 2013, later receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in 2020. She began specializing in pelvic health just one month into her career, attending courses from Herman & Wallace and Upstream Rehabilitation to widen her pelvic health knowledge. Most recently, she achieved her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC).

She prefers to address the nervous system as her first-line approach, utilizing manual techniques as well as mindfulness, mobility, and flexibility of the abdominopelvic region. She later incorporates lifestyle modifications, coordination training, and progressive resistive exercise to restore stability and function for optimal pelvic health. She has a passion for pelvic pain, particularly vaginismus and dyspareunia.

Dr. Logan currently resides in Lancaster County with her cat, Scarlett. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting, yoga, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
